Distortions, revisions, erasures, and erosions of recollection — all rendered down into opaque bodies, low silhouettes, and static, faceless forms by the washes of memory.

 

Though the trajectories of people all end in departure, we can be immortalized, perhaps perversely, in the threads of a photo. These photos are not testaments to moment or memory, but to their corrosion.
